Another boat trip, and here I am in Athens

I join the queue to visit the Parthenon

Even this early in the morning, it’s already busy

It’s….not as impressive as I thought

Especially with all the scaffolding

aaaa

A kind passerby holds me up, so I can get a better view

I’m only little, after all

aaaaa

Athens is full of interesting ruins

aaaa

Far too many to see in just one visit

aaaaa

But I will visit what I can

aaaa

Even if each visit is only fleeting

aaaa

But I’m forced to pause for a little longer infront of the Parliament building

aaaa

As I try to figure out what is going on

aaaaa

And why these men are dressed so unusually
